After receiving various electrical signals, the computer analyzes and processes them, and then issues work commands to various actuators.
1. Automobile electronic control system generally consists of 3 parts in hardware structure: sensor, electronic control unit (ECU) and actuator. When the car is running, each sensor continuously detects the operating condition information of the car and transmits this information to the ECU through the input interface in real time.
2. When the ECU receives these information, it makes corresponding decisions and processing according to the internal pre-written control program, and outputs the control signal to the corresponding actuator through its output interface. After the actuator receives the control signal, it executes the corresponding Action to achieve a certain predetermined function.
3. Car sensors are arranged in different positions of the car, and their main function is to provide the car control system with information about various operating conditions of the car, such as engine speed, throttle opening, and coolant temperature. Sensors with the same function also have different structures on different vehicles. There are two main types of electrical signals provided by sensors to the automotive electronic control unit: analog signals and digital signals. Therefore, the system host will produce high temperature when it is operating. Usually, a cooling fan is installed inside to eliminate heat accumulation, so as to avoid system malfunction or permanent damage.
